Cancellation Policy

I am so excited to work with you! I understand that sometimes things come up and you may to have to reschedule your appointment.

 We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within an hour of the scheduled service time or fail to show up, the full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. Please note that gift card sales are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding and adhering to our cancellation policy. We are excited to work with you and help you achieve your relaxation and therapeutic goals.

Parking Instructions:

There is an underground parking garage located on West End Blvd. You can enter near Anthropology or Lost In The Forest.

The address for the underground parking ramp is:

1612 West End Blvd. St. Louis Park.

Park near the RED Post section (located in the middle of the parking garage) that says “Office and Retail Access” where there is an elevator and stairs. Go up to 1st floor. Go out and take a LEFT. Yard House will be located on your left. Follow the restaurant until you get to the main sidewalk (Park Place Blvd). Take a left and Sola Salon will be located up on the left. Once inside, go straight down and enter the first door to your right that says “Sola Spa”. I am located in the first studio #40 on the right.
